Welcome to US Insight Hub. These Terms form an agreement between you (“Client”) and US Insight Hub governing use of our website and services.

1. Our Services

We provide the following services:

  • SEO (on-page, off-page, local)
  • Guest Posting & Blogger Outreach
  • Link Building (white-hat)
  • Content Marketing.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined in a written quote/proposal agreed before work begins.

2. Ordering and Payment

To order our services, contact info@usinsighthub.com for a quote.

  • Work begins after quote acceptance and payment.
  • Payment is required in advance or per agreed milestones unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are in USD.
  • Delayed payment may pause work.

3. Refunds

  • Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
  • If we cannot complete agreed work due to our fault, we offer completion or proportional adjustment at our discretion.
  • Refund requests: email info@usinsighthub.com within 14 days.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Grant reasonable access needed for the work
  • Confirm you have rights to materials you provide
  • Give timely feedback and approvals
  • Comply with laws and platform policies.

5. No Guaranteed Results

We do NOT guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. SEO is a long-term process and results vary. Timelines and projections are estimates, not promises.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables created for you. We may describe our work in our portfolio in general terms unless you opt out in writing before the work starts.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice by email.
  • Payment is due for work completed.
  • Monthly services end at the current billing period.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will be posted here.

11. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
